Train and place health education specialist in targeted projects to ensure effective, up to date and engaging MHH and/or SRHR information dissemination. 

Utilize up-skilled nurses to engage rural and semi-urban located health clinics/outposts for continuing education on MHH and SRHR ensuring cultural mis information from being disseminated.
